All packages shipped to the US are handled via DHL (www.dhl.com) or Fedex (www.fedex.com). Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. The following rates apply to US only. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process. Orders and Pre Orders shipped from Chile vary typically from 3 to 7 business days

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 30 calendar days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the garment/product has not been used and is not damaged. Mailed Returns or Exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We strongly suggest insuring your return packages. Yerka is not responsible for lost packages. Refunds will be paid to your credit card or PayPal account, and normally take 7 to 14 days before your account is credited.

WARRANTY TERMS

WARRANTY

Our mission is simple. We aim to offer you the best possible solution for your daily commute. We guarantee that all frames (1), forks (2), and safety systems (3) of our Yerka bicycles are free from material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the purchase date on the Site. The remainder of the bicycle components are covered for 6 months. Please note that this warranty is limited to the original buyer only.



This Warranty will only be effective if the bicycle is fully and correctly assembled and used under normal conditions for its intended purpose, by a person who fits correctly and is able to control the bicycle. The bicycle receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

This warranty does not include labor or transportation costs. The bicycle is designed for general transport and recreational use only. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, paint, rust, normal maintenance items, personal injuries, or any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, improper assembly, maintenance, adjustment, storage, or use of the bicycle. This warranty will be voided if the bicycle:

Did not comply with all necessary maintenance and adjustment work specified in the User Manual.
Is used in any competitive sport.
Is used for jumps, aerial stunts, or similar activities.
A motor is installed or it is modified in any other way.
Ridden or driven by more than one person at a time.
Rental or use for commercial purposes.
Is used in a manner contrary to the instructions in this owner's manual.
Yerka Chile SPA will not be liable for losses, incidental or consequential damages, due directly or indirectly to the use of this product, nor problems, injuries, or accidents resulting from poor assembly and/or review of the product.

Yerka Chile SPA will replace the frame at no charge, in case of failure at any welding point when the cycle has been used normally and is determined by our inspection. Yerka Chile Spa will also replace the bicycle fork if it fails at any welding point. You must receive prior authorization from YERKA Customer Service, before returning any product or parts. All other components are warranted against defects for six months from the purchase date when assembled and used normally.

We will replace, free of charge, any frame, fork or component that YERKA considers defective. THE CONSUMER MUST PAY ALL LABOR AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES CONNECTED WITH THE REPAIR OR WARRANTY WORK.

To obtain warranty service you must send an email to the Customer Service Department at help@yerkabikes.com which will be answered within the following five (5) business days. All warranty claims must be made to Yerka Chile SPA.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from country to country.

Yerka Chile S.p.A. (YERKA Bikes) is not responsible for any theft or attempted theft, whether mounted or not, of the bicycle, nor damage caused to the frame or the integrated security system. The integrated security system does not make the bicycle impossible to steal, and only aims to be a deterrent or distraction in case of theft.
