Thank you for your interest in reserving the Electric YERKA bike. By placing a reservation, you secure exclusive pre-access to our upcoming Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign scheduled for April 2025. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the reservation process, payment terms, potential risks, and other important details.

 

Reservation Methodology

 

1. Reservation Fee

  • Amount: A reservation fee of $100 USD is required to reserve your Electric YERKA bike.
  • Fully Refundable: This reservation fee is fully refundable at any time before you complete your purchase during the Indiegogo campaign.

2. Confirmation

  • Acknowledgment: Upon receipt of your reservation fee, we will send you an email confirming your reservation and providing details about your exclusive pre-access to the Indiegogo campaign.

3. Exclusive Pre-Access

  • Early Access: Your reservation grants you special pre-access to our Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign in April 2025, allowing you to secure your Electric YERKA bike before the general public.
  • Deduction of Reservation Fee: The $100 USD reservation fee will be deducted from the final price of the Electric YERKA bike during the Indiegogo campaign checkout process.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

1. Payment Method

  • PayPal: All reservation fees are processed exclusively through PayPal for your security and convenience.
  • Currency: All payments are processed in USD. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Final Payment During Indiegogo Campaign

  • Completion of Purchase: During the Indiegogo campaign, you will be required to complete the purchase of your Electric YERKA bike by paying the remaining balance after the $100 USD reservation fee deduction.
